Please read the following terms carefully. 以下的免責聲明將會以英文作實. I will fully inform the teacher before every yoga class of any recent soreness, illness, injury, surgery or commencement of pregnancy. I understand that the instructions given throughout classes are intended only as guidance. It is therefore my own responsibility to adjust my practice according to my limitations to ensure that no personal injury occurs. I hereby declare that I take full responsibility for myself during classes. I indemnify and will keep LumaFlow Yoga indemnified from and against all claims for any injury, loss and damage incurred or suffered directly or indirectly in connection with or arising from the class.
CLASS PASS POLICY
To avoid confusion, please read the following terms carefully.
5 and 10 Class Passes are strictly limited to one person use. Valid for 3 months (5 class) and 6 months (10 class) from redemption date.
Family & Friend Passes are a 30 Class Pass to share amongst up to 5 named people. Only usable by students with their names on the pass. Valid for 6 months from redemption date.
Group Passes are a shared 50 Class Pass. Usable by any student who presents the pass. Valid for 6 months from redemption date.
Unlimited Class Passes entitle one student to unlimited timetabled yoga classes, excluding workshops and circumstances that may require class to be cancelled (e.g. public holidays, broken air-con, etc) – it is the responsibility of the student to check the website, Facebook page or their emails for updates. Passes are only valid for the stated period and may not be extended or put on hold.
Private & Small Group Class payments must be made upfront. A minimum 50% deposit must be paid at least 48 hours before the first class to confirm the booking. The remaining balance payable is to be paid at the first class. Classes can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Reschedules or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiting the lesson credit or fee.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
All class pass payments are upfront and non-refundable or transferable for cash or other class passes. Extensions or holds on passes are not permitted, even in any case of illness, injury, travel or any other reason.
LumaFlow Yoga accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged class passes. Any negligence or nuisance caused by students on premises may result in forfeiting or cancellation of the pass.
Private class bookings must be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours notice or result in forfeiting the lesson credit.
Workshop bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiting the whole workshop fee.
All yoga props and equipment must be returned within 7 days in original, unopened packaging with proof of purchase for a full refund. Exchanges for change of mind may be made with proof of purchase and in original, unopened packaging within 14 days. Refunds or exchanges beyond this date will not be issued. For hygiene reasons, all essential oil products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please choose carefully.
We respect your privacy. All information collected will be kept strictly confidential and only be used for billing or delivery purposes.
Nutrition Services Policies
LumaFlow Yoga & Nutrition provides nutrition services, including assessment, review, education and counselling activities related to the nutritional management of medical or health-related condition(s). These services may be conducted face-to-face, over the phone or over video conferencing. The business reserves the right to refuse or cease nutritional services in the case of inappropriate, disrespectful or negligent behaviour on any clients’ behalf.
LumaFlow Yoga & Nutrition may store personal information, including but not limited to contact details, medical history, appointment details, Medicare number and private health fund details. There may be ongoing contact and discussion between LumaFlow Yoga & Nutrition with other health care professionals (including treating doctors, diabetes educators or nurses). All aforementioned information will only be stored and used for the purposes of management and treatment of your condition(s). This information will not be shared with any other unauthorised third parties unless specified otherwise. Video and phone consultation will be conducted in a quiet and confidential environment and will not be recorded under any circumstances unless specifically requested.
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. However, to ensure fairness to other clients, a strict cancellation policy applies. One cancellation or reschedule is permitted per appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Two consecutive cancellations or reschedules for the same appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or unattended appointments will incur the full consultation fee.
For clients on the Chronic Disease Management Plan, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure the allocated number of dietetic appointments is not exceeded. Any services conducted outside of the claimable Medicare Benefits Schedule will result in being charged the full consultation fee. Clients under the Chronic Disease Management Plan have revised consultation times (30 minute initial appointments, 20 minute review appointments). Clients may request extended consultations, but a gap payment will be payable and is not covered by Medicare.
On-the-spot private health claiming can only be completed when the health fund card is present and swiped. Should you not bring your card to the appointment, a receipt will be issued to take to your private health fund. Private health rebate amounts will vary depending on each client’s individual policy. Gap payments are required where the health fund claim amount does not cover the full consultation fee. If a claim does not go through for any reason, the full payment must be made, and an official receipt will be provided to take to your private health fund.
Upfront payment is required for all packages and promotional offers, including but not limited to ‘Nutrition Consultation Packages’ and ‘Yoga and Nutrition Packages’. Cancellation fees apply in accordance to the above cancellation policy.
