It’s almost been a year since COVID-19 began.
Working from home. Self-isolating. Lockdown restrictions. All of these circumstances have forced us to become more sedentary and inactive.
Then there’s also the emotional turmoil. Financial instability. Being separated from friends and family. Social isolation. Uncertainty about the future.
Whatever this past year has brought, it’s time to bring your attention back to you. To show yourself some compassion – because you’re still here, you’re still fighting, and you’re doing great.
This 14-day stretching challenge will focus on RELEASE in the hips and hamstrings. Releasing physical tension in the body from long, inactive hours, but also releasing emotional stresses (which are metaphysically commonly stored in our hips).
